Rather unique bottle or decanter with seaside design.

I believe this is for bar decoration.

The glass has bubbles and a thick curved base. There also appears to be folds in the glass which makes me believe it was blown into a mould.

Some of the painting has come off but not much, stopper has a few small bumps.
